Standard & Poor's Raises the Outlook on Renaissance Credit's Rating from Stable to Positive

13 October 2021

Standard & Poor's raised the outlook on the credit rating of Renaissance Credit from stable to positive. The credit rating was affirmed at ‘B+’ level.

The outlook revision indicates more-benign view of S&P on Russia's economy and Renaissance Credit performance. According to S&P, the positive outlook reflects the opinion that Bank will gradually transform toward a more digital business model with a focus on more creditworthy clients, while maintaining strong capitalization and stable asset quality.

"The conclusions of Standard & Poor's confirm the correctness of the chosen development strategy of the Bank and its systems. We plan to continue digital transformation of the Bank’s products and distance service development with further perfection of our business processes", - commented Viktor Kasyanov, Senior Vice President for Investment Business and Treasury of Renaissance Credit.
