Renaissance Credit issues €50mn Eurobond at 10% per annum

Renaissance Credit issued €50mn Eurobond due December 2024, with a coupon of 10% per annum. The issue price was 100% of the nominal price.

Renaissance Capital Investment Bank acted as Lead Manager and Bookrunner on the transaction.

The bond offering was well received by the international and domestic investor base including asset management companies, banks and brokers.

Comment by Alexey Levchenko, Chief Executive Officer at Renaissance Credit: "Successful outcome of the bond placement indicates the investment community appreciates the performance demonstrated by the bank and prospects of its further development.
